Step 1: Finding Your Reservation
To start, you need to find your booking. You have a few easy options for this:
Scan Your ID or Passport: Simply place your document on the designated scanner. The hotel kiosk will instantly read your details and find your reservation.
Scan a QR Code: If you received a QR code in your booking confirmation email, just hold it up to the scanner.
Enter Your Confirmation Number: You can also type in your booking number directly on the touchscreen.
Step 2: Confirming Your Stay and Paying
Once your reservation is found, the screen will show a summary of your stay. If everything looks correct, the kiosk will guide you to the payment screen. Here you can:
Insert a Credit Card: If you have a remaining balance, follow the on-screen instructions to insert or swipe your credit card.
Tap for NFC Payment: Our kiosk supports contactless NFC payments, so you can simply tap your smartphone or card to complete the transaction.
Step 3: Receiving Your Room Key
The final step is to get your room key. The kiosk’s built-in room key card dispenser will automatically encode and issue your key card. Just take the card, and you’re all set to go to your room! A receipt will also be printed for your records.

1. The Kiosk Won't Read My ID or Passport
Check Alignment: Make sure your document is flat and correctly aligned on the scanner.
Try Again: Sometimes a second attempt is all it takes.
Use an Alternative: If the scanner still can't read it, you can manually enter your booking number instead.
2. The Kiosk Says My Card Isn’t Working
Check for Funds: Make sure your card has enough funds for the payment.
Clean the Chip or Stripe: Smudges on the card's chip or magnetic stripe can prevent it from being read.
Try a Different Payment Method: If the issue persists, you can try another credit card or a mobile wallet.
3. The Printer Is Out of Paper
Our system will alert staff immediately. The kiosk screen will display a message like, "We apologize for the inconvenience. A staff member has been notified." If no one is available, please look for a small key lock on the side of the kiosk where hotel staff can easily reload paper.
4. The Kiosk Is Unresponsive
If the screen freezes, please wait a moment. It may be processing a command. If it remains unresponsive, our remote monitoring system will likely have already detected the issue. Simply notify a hotel staff member, and they will contact our support team.
